Method
- In a large glass or mason jar, add the pink Himalayan salt.
- Pour in apple cider vinegar and fresh lemon juice.
- Add filtered water and stir thoroughly.
- (Optional) Add a small pinch of cayenne or cinnamon for extra fat-burning effects.
- Drink immediately on an empty stomach or 20–30 minutes before meals.
Notes
- Use a straw to protect tooth enamel from acidity.
- You can prepare it fresh daily or store it in a sealed container for up to 24 hours in the fridge.
- If the flavor is too strong, start with 1/2 tbsp of ACV and increase gradually.
