  • 1 cup strawberries Rinsed and sliced.
  • 1 cup raspberries Rinsed gently.
  • 1 piece grapefruit Freshly cut into segments.
  • 1 cup whipped cream For topping.
  • 1/2 cup syrup For drizzling.
  • 1 bunch mint leaves For garnish.
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar For dusting.
  • 1 bottle Rosé Champagne For serving.

Preparation

  • Preheat your waffle maker.
  • Prepare the waffles according to your favorite recipe or package instructions until golden and crispy.
  • Rinse and slice the strawberries into halves or quarters.
  • Rinse the raspberries gently.
  • Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy.
  • Place the cooked bacon on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.

Assembly

  • Arrange the waffles on a large board or platter.
  • Place the fresh strawberries, raspberries, and grapefruit around the waffles.
  • Add the crispy bacon, dollops of whipped cream, and a small dish for syrup.
  • Garnish with mint leaves and dust the board with powdered sugar.
  • Serve with chilled Rosé Champagne.

Notes

For best results, use ripe, juicy berries and high-quality bacon. You may substitute fruits or toppings as desired.
