  • cinnamon sticks Optional spice.
  • nutmeg Optional spice.

Preparation

  • Measure three cups of pear nectar into a large mixing bowl.
  • Squeeze in the juice of one lemon, mixing well until combined.
  • Gradually pour in two cups of ginger beer, stirring gently to keep the bubbles intact.
  • Taste and adjust the sweetness or acidity according to your preference.
  • Prepare a large pitcher or individual glasses filled with ice.
  • Pour the punch over the ice, letting it chill while you prepare garnishes.
  • Garnish with fresh rosemary, cranberries, cinnamon sticks, or nutmeg.
  • Serve immediately for the best flavor experience.

Notes

If your ginger beer has lost its fizziness, consider adding it just before serving for a livelier punch. For an extra depth of flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg or cinnamon directly into the punch mix.
