Preparation

  • Slice the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  • In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat for about two minutes.
  • Add the chicken pieces and cook for six to eight minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Incorporate the minced garlic and sauté for another minute.
  • Sprinkle paprika over the chicken and stir well to combine.
  • Slowly pour in the heavy cream, stirring continuously for two minutes.
  • Allow the sauce to bubble gently for an additional two to three minutes.
  • Taste the sauce, adjusting salt and pepper as needed.
  • Just before serving, garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
  • Serve hot with your choice of sides.

Notes

Store leftovers in airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days or freeze for up to one month. Thaw overnight before reheating.
