Ingredients
  

  • cups non-dairy milk
  • 2 shots of espresso or 1 cup strong brewed coffee
  • 2 tbsp creamy tahini sesame paste
  • 2 large Medjool dates pits removed
  • Use 4 if using smaller dates
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup ice
  • Pinch of salt

Optional Toppings:

  • Cinnamon
  • Whipped cream dairy-free or regular
  • Shaved dark chocolate

Instructions
 

  • Add bananas, non-dairy milk, espresso (or coffee), tahini, dates, cinnamon, salt, and ice into a blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
