Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Toss chicken wings in buffalo sauce and place on a baking sheet.
  • Bake wings until golden, about 25 minutes.
  • Mash avocados with lime juice and diced onion for guacamole.
  • Layer tortilla chips on a baking tray, sprinkle with cheese, jalapeños, and black beans.
  • Bake nachos until cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.
  • Form and cook sliders on a grill or pan until browned.
  • Cut sweet potatoes into fries, toss with olive oil and salt, and roast until crispy.
