  • 11 ounces white chocolate chips Use high-quality chocolate for best results.

Preparation

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper.
  • Divide the white chocolate chips into two microwave-safe bowls.
  • Heat the chocolate in the microwave for 1.5 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  • Add a few drops of green food coloring to one bowl and stir until colored.

Dipping

  • Dip half of each Mint Oreo into the melted white chocolate, letting excess chocolate drip off.
  • Place dipped cookies on the prepared baking sheet and sprinkle with festive sprinkles.
  • Refrigerate the baking sheet for about 15 minutes to allow the chocolate to harden.

Serving
