Preparation

  • Mix until a cohesive yet sticky dough forms.
  • Chill the dough in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

Baking

  • Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of chilled dough and roll them into balls.
  • Roll each ball in powdered sugar until generously coated.
  • Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space for spreading.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set and centers remain soft.
  • Let cookies rest on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
