Ingredients
  

For the Spinach Dip

  • 1 cup thawed and drained frozen spinach
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened Package
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Plus extra for topping
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Bread

  • 1 loaf bread (pull-apart or round bread boule) Cut into Christmas tree shape

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  • In a large bowl, combine thawed spinach, softened cream cheese, sour cream, shredded mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy and well combined.
  • Cut the loaf of bread into a Christmas tree shape, ensuring to make deep pockets without cutting all the way through.
  • Fill the pockets of the bread with the spinach dip mixture, packing it in for maximum flavor.
  • Sprinkle extra mozzarella cheese over the top of the bread.

Baking

  • Place the prepared bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for about 30 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly and the bread is golden brown.

Serving

  • Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers tightly wrapped in foil in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place the wrapped bread in a 350°F oven for about 15 minutes.
