Ingredients
  

For the filling

  • 1 cup fresh spinach Use finely chopped fresh spinach.
  • 2 cups chopped artichokes Canned or frozen artichokes work well.
  • 1 cup soft cream cheese Ensure it's softened for easy mixing.
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic Adjust based on preference.
  • to taste salt Use as per taste.
  • to taste pepper Freshly ground if possible.

For the cups

  • 12 pieces wonton wrappers Store-bought wonton wrappers.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For greasing the muffin tin.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine fresh spinach, chopped artichokes, soft cream cheese, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir gently until everything is well blended.
  • Lightly grease a muffin tin with olive oil.
  • Press each wonton wrapper into the muffin wells to create little cups.
  • Spoon the spinach and artichoke mixture into each wonton cup, filling them generously but not overflowing.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 to 20 minutes, until the edges are golden brown and the wontons are crispy.
  • Let them cool slightly before serving warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding grated Parmesan cheese or red pepper flakes to the filling. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for a few hours, or refrigerate for up to three days.
