  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter

  • 1 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 1 cup celery sticks

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  • Rinse the chicken wings under cool water and pat them dry.
  • In a large bowl, season the wings with salt, pepper, and baking powder.
  • Place the seasoned wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring they are spaced evenly apart.

Cooking

  • Roast the wings in the oven for 35 minutes.
  • Flip the wings and return them to the oven for an additional 10-15 minutes until crispy and golden.
  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and stir in the hot sauce until well combined.
  • Once the wings finish baking, toss them in the hot sauce mixture until coated.

Serving

  • Serve the wings immediately with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing for dipping.

Notes

To enhance crispiness, ensure wings are dry before seasoning; consider broiling them for a few minutes if they aren't as crispy as desired.
