  • 6 pieces slider buns
  • 2 cups shredded chicken Rotisserie chicken works great for a quicker option.
  • 1 cup Frank's hot buffalo sauce Adjust to taste for spice level.
  • 1 cup cheese slices Use your choice of melting cheese, such as cheddar or mozzarella.
  • 2 tablespoons butter Optional, for brushing on top buns.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken with Frank's hot buffalo sauce until well-coated.
  • Place the bottom halves of the slider buns on a baking sheet.
  • Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture generously onto each bun.
  • Top the chicken with slices of cheese.

Baking

  • Place the top halves of the buns over the filled sliders.
  • Optionally, brush the tops with melted butter.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown.

Notes

For a milder flavor, mix ranch dressing with the buffalo sauce. Adjust spice according to preference. Store covered at room temperature for a few hours or refrigerate for up to three days.
