Ingredients
  

Chicken Mixture

  • 2 cups shredded chicken Use rotisserie for a time-saving shortcut.
  • 1 cup Frank's hot buffalo sauce Adjust to taste for heat level.

Slider Assembly

  • 8 pieces slider buns Fresh buns recommended for best texture.
  • 8 slices cheese Choose your favorite type of cheese.
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter For brushing on top of buns.
  • 1 cup fresh celery For serving on the side.
  • 1 cup sweet carrots For serving on the side.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with Frank's hot buffalo sauce until fully coated.
  • Cut the slider buns in half and lay the bottom halves on a baking sheet.

Assembly

  • Spread the buffalo chicken mixture generously over the buns.
  • Top with slices of cheese.
  • Place the top halves of the buns over the cheese.
  • Brush the top of the buns lightly with melted butter.

Baking

  • Bake the sliders for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the buns are golden brown.
  • Serve warm with celery and carrot sticks on the side.

Notes

For storage, cool before placing in an airtight container. Lasts up to 2 hours at room temperature, 3 days in the refrigerator, or 2 months in the freezer. Thaw in the fridge overnight before reheating.
