Ingredients
  

For the whipped cocoa

  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup marshmallow creme

For the whipped cream

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

For serving

  • 1 cup hot water or milk
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs for topping
  • 1/4 cup chocolate shavings or mini chocolate chips for topping

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine two tablespoons of cocoa powder and half a cup of marshmallow creme, stirring until they form a silky-smooth blend.
  • In a separate bowl, whip one cup of heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cocoa and marshmallow mixture until combined.

Serving

  • In a warm cup, pour one cup of hot water or milk.
  • Spoon the whipped cocoa mixture on top and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs and chocolate shavings or mini chocolate chips.

Notes

If your whipped cream doesn’t hold stiff peaks, try chilling your mixing bowl and cream before starting. For a vegan version, substitute heavy cream with full-fat coconut cream and use dairy-free chocolate.
