  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cups granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cups brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 0.5 cups unsalted butter, melted Allow to cool slightly
  • 2 large eggs Room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cups buttermilk

Mix-ins

  • 1 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • In another bowl, melt the unsalted butter and allow it to cool slightly. Then add the eggs, vanilla extract, and buttermilk, whisking together until combined.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Do not overmix.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips, crushed graham crackers, and mini marshmallows.
  • Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling them about three-quarters full.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let the muffins cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
