Preparation

  • Flip the tortilla, allowing cheese to melt over the cooked beef.
  • Fold the tortilla in half, encasing the filling.
  • Grill both sides until crispy and golden.
  • Slice into wedges and serve hot with toppings.

Notes

To keep the quesadillas fresh, let cool before storing in an airtight container. They can be refrigerated for 3-4 days or frozen for up to 1 month.
