Ingredients
  

For the Roll-Ups

  • 1 package crescent roll dough
  • 2 links cooked sausage, crumbled
  • 2 large eggs, scrambled
  • to taste shredded cheese

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Roll out the crescent dough on a clean surface.
  • In a skillet, scramble the eggs until fluffy and just set.
  • Crumble the cooked sausage links and mix them with the scrambled eggs.
  • Spoon the sausage and egg mixture onto the dough, starting at the wide end.
  • If desired, sprinkle some shredded cheese over the filling.
  • Roll the dough from the wide end, tucking in the filling as you go.
  • Place the roll-ups on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Cooking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Allow them to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Ensure the crescent dough is at room temperature to prevent tearing. Feel free to customize the filling with additional vegetables or spices according to your taste.
