Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine the breakfast sausage and shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Add the drained Rotel tomatoes to the mixture.
  • Stir in the Bisquick baking mix and garlic powder (if using) until well combined.
  • Using your hands, knead the mixture until thoroughly combined.
  • Roll the mixture into one-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

Cooking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
