Ingredients
  

For the seasoning

  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter Melted
  • 1 package ranch dressing mix
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes Adjust for spice preference.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

For the crackers

  • 48 pieces RITZ® crackers

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (about 175°C).
  • Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • Melt 8 tablespoons of unsalted butter in a saucepan on medium heat.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine ranch dressing mix, 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese, 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes, and 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
  • Pour the seasoning mix over the melted butter and stir until well combined.

Coating the crackers

  • Place 48 RITZ® crackers in a large bowl.
  • Drizzle the buttery seasoning over the crackers, tossing gently to coat.
  • Spread the coated crackers in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
  • Allow to cool completely before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week. For longer storage, keep in the refrigerator for about 2 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.
