Base Mixture

  • 1 package Oreo cookies Crushed into fine crumbs
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter At room temperature for easier mixing
  • 1 cup powdered sugar Helps bind the mixture
  • 1 cup chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups Adds texture and flavor

Topping

  • 1 cup chocolate chips Melted for the chocolate layer
  • 0.5 cup crushed Oreos For sprinkling on top

Preparation

  • Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until well blended.
  • Fold in the chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups.
  • Press the mixture evenly into a greased baking dish.

Chocolate Layer

  • Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave using thirty-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • Pour the melted chocolate over the dessert base and spread it evenly.
  • Sprinkle the crushed Oreos over the melted chocolate.

Chilling

  • Refrigerate the dessert for at least two hours or until set.
  • Once set, cut into bite-sized squares and serve.

Notes

Serve chilled, and for added flavor, consider garnishing with sea salt. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week or freeze for up to three months.
