Preparation

  • Prepare red velvet cake according to package directions or your personal recipe, allowing the aroma of sweet cocoa to fill your kitchen.
  • Let the cake cool completely.
  • Crumble the cake into a large bowl.
  • Mix in the cream cheese frosting until thoroughly combined.
  • Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Refrigerate the cake balls for about thirty minutes.
  • Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
  • Dip each cake ball into the melted white chocolate, allowing excess chocolate to drip off.
  • Return the dipped cake balls to the baking sheet to set.
  • Optionally, decorate with sprinkles or additional melted chocolate.
  • Serve and enjoy.

Notes
