Ingredients
  

For the marinade

  • 1 cup ranch dressing Use a good quality ranch dressing
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Fresh garlic enhances flavor
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated Adds richness to the marinade
  • to taste salt Season according to preference
  • to taste pepper Season according to preference

For the skewers

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into cubes Use fresh chicken for best results
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil Optional, for grilling
  • 6-8 skewers (wooden or metal) Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes beforehand

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine ranch dressing, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese. Stir until well mixed.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Chop the chicken breast into evenly sized cubes.
  • Mix the chicken cubes in the marinade until well coated. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Grilling

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers.
  • Grill the skewers for about 10 to 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through with nice grill marks.
  • Remove skewers from the grill and let them rest for a moment before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, consider marinating the chicken overnight. Feel free to use different cheeses or add vegetables like bell peppers or zucchini to your skewers.
