For assembly

  • 0.5 cup strawberry puree or jam Fresh for the best flavor

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Gather small, clear glass jars.
  • In a bowl, combine 1 cup of crushed graham cracker crumbs and 2 tablespoons of melted butter until it resembles damp sand.
  • Press 1 tablespoon of the mixture into the bottom of each jar.
  • In another bowl, whip 0.5 cup of heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  • Gently fold in 1 package of softened cream cheese, 0.25 cup of powdered sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Pipe or spoon half of the cheesecake mixture over the graham crust in each jar.
  • Add a layer of 0.5 cup of strawberry puree on top.
  • Top with the remaining cheesecake mixture.

Chill

  • Cover the jars and chill in the refrigerator for at least four hours.

Garnish and Serve

  • Garnish each jar with a fresh strawberry heart and a sprinkle of edible glitter before serving.

Notes

For a fun spin, incorporate layers of chocolate ganache or use different berry purees for variations. Store covered in the fridge for up to 2 days or freeze for 2 months.
