Ingredients
  

  • 2 egg whites or 2 tbsp moong flour + 2 tbsp water for egg-free version
  • cup spinach chopped
  • 1 tbsp jowar flour
  • ¼ tsp cold-pressed coconut oil
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat coconut oil sauté spinach 1.2 minutes.
  • Add egg whites or moong mixture stir while cooking.
  • Sprinkle jowar flour cook until firm and lightly browned.
  • Serve warm with sliced tomato or microgreens.
