- 2 egg whites or 2 tbsp moong flour + 2 tbsp water for egg-free version
- ⅓ cup spinach chopped
- 1 tbsp jowar flour
- ¼ tsp cold-pressed coconut oil
- Salt & black pepper to taste
Heat coconut oil sauté spinach 1.2 minutes.
Add egg whites or moong mixture stir while cooking.
Sprinkle jowar flour cook until firm and lightly browned.
