  • ½ cup 100% pomegranate juice
  • 2 tbsp lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 cups filtered water
  • Sweetener of choice stevia, monk fruit, or honey – to taste
  • Ice as needed
  • Optional: fresh mint leaves or pomegranate seeds for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
  • Steep hibiscus petals or tea bags in hot water for 10 minutes.
  • Strain and allow the tea to cool completely.
  • In a pitcher, combine cooled hibiscus tea, pomegranate juice, and lime juice.
  • Add sweetener to taste and stir well.
