  • 1 cup warm filtered water cozy, not hot
  • ¼ teaspoon Himalayan pink salt pure, mineral-rich
  • Juice of ½ a lemon freshly squeezed preferred
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey optional

Instructions
 

  • Pour the warm water into a glass.
  • Add ¼ tsp pink salt and stir until fully dissolved.
  • Squeeze in ½ lemon juice (fresh is best).
