Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of honey optional
  • ½ teaspoon of cayenne pepper optional

Method
 

  1. Boil 2 cups of water in a pot.
  2. Once boiling, remove from heat and let it cool for about a minute.
  3. Stir in 1 teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt until fully dissolved.
  4. Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar.
  5. If desired, mix in 1 teaspoon of honey and ½ teaspoon of cayenne pepper for added flavor and benefits.
  6. Stir well and let it cool slightly before serving.
