For the vegetables

  • 2 cups baby potatoes, halved Toss them with salt and pepper.
  • 2 cups green beans, trimmed Add them toward the end of cooking.
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Enhances the flavor of the green beans.
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil Divided for tossing potatoes and green beans.

For seasoning

  • Salt and pepper to taste Essential for enhancing flavors.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • On a large sheet pan, toss the halved baby potatoes with two tablespoons of olive oil, salt, and pepper until glistening.
  • Arrange the chicken breasts on the sheet pan and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top of each, ensuring full coverage.
  • If desired, sprinkle Italian seasoning over the chicken.
  • In a bowl, toss the green beans with the remaining olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Nestle the green beans around the chicken and potatoes on the sheet pan.

Cooking

  • Slide the sheet pan into the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
  • Serve hot and enjoy every delightful bite!
