Ingredients
  

For the Chicken

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese For the crust
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning Optional for flavor

For the Vegetables

  • 2 cups baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 cups green beans, trimmed
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil For tossing the potatoes and green beans
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine grated Parmesan cheese with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning if desired.
  • Coat the chicken breasts in the Parmesan mixture, pressing to adhere.

Vegetable Preparation

  • On a large sheet pan, toss halved baby potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread the seasoned potatoes to one side of the pan.
  • Nestle the Parmesan-coated chicken alongside the potatoes.
  • Toss green beans with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and pepper before placing them on the other side of the pan.

Cooking

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
  • Serve warm and enjoy your meal.

Notes

For deeper flavor, marinate the chicken beforehand. Substitute chicken with tofu or other proteins as desired. Use fresh ingredients for best results.
