Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (205°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or coat with non-stick spray.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, and oregano until combined.
  • Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and brush the marinade over each fillet.
  • Optional: Sprinkle red pepper flakes over the fillets for a little extra spice.

Cooking

  • Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork.
  • Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh lemon slices and parsley before serving.

Notes

Allow salmon to come to room temperature before cooking for even cooking. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days, or freeze for longer storage.
