Main ingredients

  • 1 package Oreo cookies Crushed into fine crumbs
  • 8 ounces cream cheese Softened
  • 1 bag green candy melts For coating
  • optional sprinkles For decoration

Instructions

Preparation

  • Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs in a food processor until they resemble sand.
  • In a bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until well blended and smooth.
  • Roll the mixture into small, uniform balls and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  • Refrigerate the truffles for about thirty minutes to help them firm up completely.

Coating

  • Melt the green candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth and glossy, following package instructions.
  • Dip each truffle into the melted candy coating, ensuring every surface is covered evenly.
  • Return coated truffles to the baking sheet and sprinkle with decorations, if desired, while the coating is still tacky.
  • Allow the coating to set completely before indulging in your creations.

Notes

For the freshest results, you can substitute with any favorite cookie or color of candy melts as needed. If your chocolate coating becomes too thick, try adding a tiny drizzle of vegetable oil or shortening to thin it out for easier dipping.
