Coating

  • Melt chocolate or white chocolate in a microwave in short intervals or using a double boiler, stirring until silky smooth.
  • Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully covered, then return to the baking sheet.
  • Before the chocolate sets, sprinkle the Oreo Balls with festive holiday sprinkles for a fun touch.
  • Refrigerate until firm, adding a delightful crispness to the outer layer.

Notes

If your chocolate begins to thicken, add a small amount of shortening or coconut oil to achieve the perfect dipping consistency. For variety, try using dark chocolate or adding different flavored cream cheeses.
