- ½ cup almond milk or any plant-based milk
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 mandarin orange juiced
- 1 mandarin orange sliced
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional Toppings:
- Mandarin orange segments
- Sliced almonds
- Extra dollop of yogurt
Mix Ingredients:
In a mason jar or sealable container, combine rolled oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, mandarin juice and slices, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir well until fully combined.
