  • 4 large tortillas

Preparation

  • Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Lay out the large tortillas on a clean surface and evenly distribute the chicken mixture onto each.
  • Roll the tortillas tightly into wraps.

Cooking

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about three to four minutes per side.
  • Remove the wraps from the skillet and slice them into halves or quarters before serving warm.
