Preparation

  • Spray a 9x5 loaf pan with nonstick spray and line the bottom and two sides with parchment paper.

Mixing

  • In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.

Baking

  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
