For the Chocolate Coating

Preparation of the Filling

  • In a mixing bowl, add creamy peanut butter and softened unsalted butter. Blend until creamy.
  • Gradually mix in powdered sugar until fully incorporated.
  • Fold in graham cracker crumbs and vanilla extract until combined.
  • Roll mixture into tablespoon-sized balls and place on a baking sheet.

Freezing

  • Chill the balls in the freezer for about 30 minutes or until firm.

Chocolate Coating

  • Melt semisweet chocolate chips and vegetable oil together until smooth.
  • Dip each chilled ball into melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
  • Return chocolate-coated balls to the baking sheet and let set until chocolate hardens.
