  • Cover the pot and let it cook for about 30 minutes, or until the chicken is tender and easily pulls away from the bone.

  • Check that the chicken is cooked through (should reach 165 degrees).
  • Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning with salt or pepper if necessary.
