  • 1 tsp mint extract For minty flavor.

Preparation

  • Crush the Mint Oreo cookies until they resemble a sandy mixture. Set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy, leaving no lumps behind.
  • Carefully fold in the Cool Whip and mint extract until fully incorporated. Add green food coloring if desired, and mix until vibrant.

Layering

  • In serving cups, layer a scoop of the cream mixture, then sprinkle a layer of crushed Mint Oreos.
  • Continue layering the cream mixture and crushed cookies until the cups are full.
  • Crown each parfait with additional crushed cookies.

Chilling

  • Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For variations, consider using white chocolate cookies, flavored yogurt instead of cream cheese, or adding fresh berries between the layers. Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature for easier mixing.
