  • Add softened cream cheese to the mixture, blending until creamy.
  • Roll the mixture into small balls, each approximately the size of a tablespoon.
  • Place the rolled balls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Freeze the balls for about thirty minutes until firm.

Coating

  • Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  • Dip each truffle into the melted white chocolate, ensuring it's well-coated.
  • Return the coated truffles to the parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle colorful decorations on top while the chocolate is still wet.
  • Let the truffles rest until the chocolate sets.

Notes

For freshness, consider using recent batches of Little Debbie cakes. If the white chocolate is too thick, add a small amount of vegetable oil to thin it out.
