Preparation

  • Warm a large pot over medium heat and add a splash of olive oil.
  • Sauté half a cup of diced onions until soft and translucent.

Cooking

Notes

If the soup is too thick, add a splash more chicken broth. Using fresh ingredients enhances flavor.
