For the Concentrate (Optional):

  • 4 tablespoons pink Himalayan salt fine or coarse, high-quality
  • 1/2 cup filtered or purified water

For Daily Use (One Serving):

  • 1 teaspoon concentrated sole water
  • or
  • 1 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt directly dissolved
  • 8 –12 oz 250–350 mL filtered water (room temperature or warm)
  • 1 tsp raw honey optional
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar optional
  • Juice from 1/4 fresh lemon optional

Instructions
 

Prepare the Concentrate (Optional Method):

  • Add 4 tbsp of pink Himalayan salt to a glass jar with a lid.
  • Cover with 1/2 cup filtered water, leaving space at the top.
  • Seal and let sit for 12–24 hours. If undissolved salt remains, the solution is fully saturated (sole water).

Daily Use:

  • Add 1 tsp of the sole solution (or 1 tsp pink salt directly) to 8–12 oz of room-temp or warm water.
  • Stir well.
  • Add lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, or raw honey if desired.
  • Drink slowly, preferably on an empty stomach.

Timing:

  • Best consumed first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
  • Some people divide the drink into two servings (morning and midday).
