  • Gather your ingredients, ensuring everything is fresh.
  • In a bowl, combine the sour cream and mayonnaise, stirring until smooth.
  • Add the ranch seasoning blend, smoked paprika, garlic fine powder, onion granules, Cajun seasoning, and black pepper, mixing until evenly distributed.
  • Pour in the lime juice and fold in the fire-roasted jalapeños and pickled jalapeño brine.
  • Stir in the chopped cilantro until well combined.
  • Adjust seasoning to taste. Chill the dressing in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Notes

Store in an airtight container; it lasts up to one week in the refrigerator. For longer storage, freeze for up to three months.
