Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat until creamy and aromatic.
  • Stir in the honey until well combined, then mix in garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.

Cooking

  • Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish, ensuring they are arranged evenly.
  • Pour the honey butter mixture over the chicken thighs, ensuring they are generously coated.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  • Remove from oven and let it rest for a few moments before serving.
  • Serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

For optimal flavor, marinate the chicken in the honey butter mixture for at least 30 minutes before baking. For a spicy kick, add cayenne pepper to the glaze.
