Method
- In a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water and chopped ginger to a rolling boil over medium heat.
- Turn off the heat and add dried hibiscus petals.
- Steep for 5 minutes or longer for a stronger flavor.
- Strain into a cup.
- Stir in honey or your preferred sweetener.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
Notes
You can swap in maple syrup, coconut sugar or any healthy sweetener for honey.
You can leave out ginger if you don't like a spicy touch to your tea.
Adjust honey depending on how sweet you prefer your tea to be.
