  • 1 tbsp olive oil For frying.

Cooking Instructions

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and stir until fragrant.
  • Pour in the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
  • Stir in the sliced bell pepper and zucchinis, cooking until vegetables are tender.
  • Add soy sauce and season with salt and pepper; stir well to combine.
  • Let it cook for another 2-3 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve over cooked rice for a hearty meal. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
