  • 1 lb ground beef Use high-quality meat for best flavor.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Sharp cheddar works well.
  • 2 cloves minced garlic Fresh garlic enhances flavor.

Biscuit Shell Ingredients

  • 1 can biscuit dough Pillsbury brand recommended.

Topping Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese For a crispy, cheesy topping.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, brown 1 pound of ground beef until fully cooked.
  • Season the beef with 2 cloves of minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir until the garlic is fragrant.
  • Remove from heat and sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the beef mixture, stirring until melted.
  • Open the can of biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a circle.
  • Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit.
  • Fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling and seal tightly.
  • Place the bombs seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle half a cup of grated parmesan cheese over the tops of the bombs.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with dipping sauces like ketchup or ranch. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days at room temperature, or 5 days in the refrigerator.
