Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, olive oil, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper until fragrant.
  • Rub the mixture all over the chicken thighs, ensuring they are well coated.
  • Place the seasoned chicken thighs skin side up in a baking dish.

Cooking

  • Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through, with juices running clear.
  • Remove the dish from the oven and let it rest briefly.

Serving

  • Serve the chicken thighs hot with lemon wedges if desired.

Notes

Letting the thighs marinate for a few hours can enhance the flavor. For added spice, include red pepper flakes in the marinade.
