Cooking

  • Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the jam thickens and becomes glossy.
  • Carefully pour hot jam into sterilized jars, sealing them tightly.
  • Allow jars to cool completely at room temperature.

Notes

For a spicier version, consider adding fresh ginger or a splash of vanilla extract. Using fresh pumpkin puree enhances flavor and texture.
