Ingredients
  

For the Sliders

  • 12 pieces slider buns Fresh and soft for best texture.
  • 2 pounds roast beef Sliced thin for easy layering.
  • 1 cup caramelized onions Sweet and rich in flavor.
  • 8 ounces provolone or Swiss cheese Melted on top for creaminess.

For the Dipping Sauce

  • 4 cups beef broth Use high-quality broth for better flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper Freshly cracked if possible.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  • Layer the roast beef generously over the buns.
  • Add the caramelized onions on top of the roast beef.
  • Finish with a layer of cheese on top.
  • Place the top halves of the buns back on the sliders.

Sauce Preparation

  • In a small saucepan, heat the beef broth and add garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  • Simmer the broth to infuse the flavors.

Baking

  • Drizzle the dipping sauce over the sliders ensuring each is well-coated.
  • Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
