  • 1 lb ground meat (beef, turkey, or lentils) Base for sliders and tacos.
  • 3 medium sweet potatoes For crispy sweet potato fries.
  • 1 cup fresh vegetables (bell peppers, onions, etc.) For added crunch and color.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced For enhancing flavors.

For Seasoning

  • 1 tbsp olive oil For sautéing and roasting.
  • 1 tsp paprika For sweet potato fries.

Preparation

  • Gather all fresh ingredients and prepare your workspace.
  • Slice sweet potatoes into uniform shapes, toss them in olive oil, salt, and paprika, then spread on a baking sheet.
  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) for the fries.

Cooking

  • Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat, add finely chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
  • Add minced garlic and ground meat (or lentils) until browned through.
  • Now roast the sweet potato fries for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  • Mix softened cream cheese with taco blend and shredded cheese for a creamy dip.

Notes

Ensure all ingredients are fresh for the best flavors. Freezing leftovers is an option, but for best texture, reheat in the oven.
